These creatures dwell in the snow and ice of the Karhak world. Our scouts have found and clasified each of them by the danger they represent
Snow rats
These creatures dwell deep in the snow of the outer plains. They have three small claws for digging and feed on plant-like organisms that grow under the snow.
Hunting dogs
No bigger than a puppy, these dog-like creatures feed upon the snow rats. Usually they dig caves in places where the snow is more solid and go hunting during the night.
White Wolves
They share the same characteristics as a normal wolf, except that these are smarter and have a usually attack humans. None of them have killed us yet....
Snow apes
This gorilla-like beasts usually live in large groups. Although some of them wander alone, they have constantly attacked our warrior patrols and succeeded at killing them all
Ice Gorillas
Much like Snow apes, these huge monsters leave in a small group or alone, high on the mountains. It is rare that they come down to the paths we use, but when these encounter our soldiers, they are a major threat and usually leave no survivors
Moon kings
This humanoid creatures are named Moon kings because of its crown-like head and they only appear at midnight. These humanoids often wield ancient ritual weapons but it is rare that they attack our men
Fiends
Probably the most dangerous creatures of the Karhak world. Within the ancient temples these demons stalk our soldiers day and night, brutally killing them and feeding on their corpses. Few have survived to describe them and yete even fewer have reached their location
Karhak
This is the ancient god, which has the world's name. It is an ancient creature whose power can only be matched by another god itself. A legend carved in the ancient temples says that if the heart of the Sanctuary was to be reached, Karhak would be awaken and destroy every living being to once again rule the world with his army of ice demons. However, the labyrinth that separates us from Karhak has no apparent beginning, or end.....
